C.A.P.S is now issuing membership cards upon payment of dues.  You will be asked to present your card when entering & signing into meetings.  Please remember to bring it to all events.

The 3rd Annual Community Health Fair will be hosted by Chattanooga State’s Community Health Institute on Friday, May 7, 9AM-2PM in the new Health Science Center on Amnicola Highway.
 

Erlanger, Memorial and Parkridge Hospitals, the UT College of Medicine, Hamilton County Health Department, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, private physicians and other health practitioners will offer numerous FREE screenings such as: blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, STD’s and HIV, bone density, chiropractic and more.
 
In addition, beginning at 10:30AM there will be presentations discussing heart disease, diabetes, children’s and men’s health and nutrition. Exhibits are open throughout the health fair including free food! Appointments with Memorial’s mobile mammogram bus must be scheduled in advance (423) 495-4040.
